Shri K. V. Chowdary is a distinguished civil servant and visionary leader with decades of experience in governance, policy, and administration. A postgraduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai, he began his career in the Indian Revenue Service (IRS) in 1978, serving the Government of India with exceptional integrity and dedication.

Over the years, he held several key executive positions in the Income Tax Department and rose to become Chairman of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT)—India’s apex authority for direct tax administration. In June 2015, he achieved a historic milestone as the first IRS officer appointed Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) of India, where he championed transparency, ethical conduct, and institutional reform.

In the corporate sphere, Shri Chowdary currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several renowned organizations, including: Reliance Industries Limited, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, Tata Motors Limited and CCL Products (India) Limited

At AIonSi, he serves as a trusted advisor, guiding the board in strategic decision-making and corporate governance. His deep insight, ethical vision, and leadership legacy continue to inspire AIonSi’s mission of innovation and integrity.

Mr. Ravi Prasad Polimetla brings over two decades of diverse experience in civil, industrial, and environmental infrastructure. A B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna University and a postgraduate in Environmental Engineering & Management, he is also a certified Project Management Professional.

Since joining Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. in 2003, Mr. Ravi Prasad has risen through leadership roles, with deep expertise in project planning, cost management, contract administration, and execution.

Today he serves as a key executive leader with oversight in strategy and operations across multiple Ramky group entities. He also holds board positions in companies such as Ramky Elsamex Hyderabad Ring Road Ltd., Ramky Esco Ltd., and more.

At our company, Mr. Ravi Prasad Provides high-level guidance to the founding team on strategy, growth, and decision-making. 

With over 15 years of extensive experience in ASIC and SoC verification, Jayaprakash Polimetla is a hands-on engineer, visionary leader, and strategic innovator in the semiconductor industry.

His deep technical expertise spans functional verification, UVM methodologies, IP and subsystem-level verification, and SoC integration, making him a respected figure in driving design quality, verification efficiency, and silicon success across multiple generations of advanced technologies.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of AIONSI, Jayaprakash leads with a rare combination of technical mastery and executive foresight. He drives the company’s vision, growth strategy, and long-term impact, ensuring AIONSI stands at the forefront of semiconductor verification innovation. His leadership emphasizes strategic clarity, operational excellence, and customer-centric value creation, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the ever-evolving chip design ecosystem.

Under his direction, AIONSI focuses on building next-generation verification frameworks, automation-driven validation ecosystems, and AI-assisted design methodologies that redefine efficiency, scalability, and performance. Jayaprakash is deeply committed to mentorship, collaboration, and sustainable organizational growth, fostering a culture that empowers engineering teams to experiment, innovate, and deliver measurable results.

Maru Indrasenareddy is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Aionsi, where he leads operational strategy, execution, and team development. With 15+ years of experience in semiconductor and ASIC verification, he brings deep technical understanding and practical leadership to the company’s mission. At Aionsi, he focuses on building efficient processes, guiding product workflows, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful engineering solutions.

In his role as COO, Maru drives company-wide operational planning and translates strategic goals into scalable, high-performance systems. He builds and mentors strong engineering and cross-functional teams, strengthens workflow efficiency, and implements clear quality standards across development cycles. His leadership emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and accountability — aligning execution with the company’s long-term vision while maintaining agility in a fast-evolving semiconductor landscape. By fostering a culture centered on innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement, Maru ensures that Aionsi operates with precision, purpose, and sustained growth.
