Policy principle
AionSi conducts business without bribery or corrupt practices and expects employees, representatives and relevant business partners to comply with applicable anti-corruption laws.
Prohibited conduct
No employee or representative may offer, promise, authorize, request or accept an improper payment or other benefit to influence a business decision, secure an improper advantage or obtain business through corrupt means.
Third parties
Third parties acting on behalf of AionSi should be selected and managed with appropriate diligence and contractual expectations where the risk warrants it.
Gifts and hospitality
Business courtesies must be reasonable, transparent, lawful and appropriate to the circumstances and must not be intended to improperly influence a decision.
Books and records
Business transactions and expenses should be recorded accurately and supported by appropriate documentation. Off-book or misleading records are not acceptable.
Reporting
Suspected bribery or corruption should be reported promptly through appropriate company channels. Good-faith concerns should be handled without retaliation.
