AionSi — Driven by Commitment

Engineering responsibly. Operating with integrity.

At AionSi, responsible semiconductor engineering extends beyond technology. Our ESG approach brings together how we operate, how we support our people, how we engage with suppliers and customers, and how we continuously improve our environmental and governance practices.

A practical ESG framework for a semiconductor engineering business.

AionSi is committed to improving its environmental, social and governance practices in line with applicable laws, customer expectations and relevant responsible-business principles.

We aim to make progress through clear policies, responsible operating practices, employee awareness, supplier expectations and periodic review of our ESG priorities.

Six areas of responsible operation

The framework is designed to remain consistent across customer and supplier assessments while allowing evidence and disclosures to mature over time.

Environmental responsibility

AionSi operates primarily as a semiconductor engineering services organization. Our direct environmental footprint is therefore driven predominantly by office operations, energy consumption, digital infrastructure, travel and electronic equipment rather than semiconductor fabrication.

We seek to reduce avoidable consumption through digital-first workflows, efficient use of resources, responsible IT asset handling and appropriate recycling or disposal through authorized channels where applicable.

As our operations and reporting maturity develop, we intend to improve the consistency and traceability of relevant environmental metrics.

A workplace built on dignity, respect and equal opportunity.

AionSi supports a workplace where people are treated with dignity and respect. We do not tolerate forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, discrimination or harassment.

We support professional development and aim to provide a safe and respectful environment where employees can raise concerns through appropriate channels.

Integrity is part of the engineering contract.

AionSi expects employees and business partners to act lawfully, honestly and transparently. Our responsible-business framework addresses anti-bribery, anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, responsible use of information and appropriate escalation of concerns.

Responsible business extends to our partners.

We expect relevant suppliers, subcontractors and business partners to comply with applicable legal, ethical, labor, environmental, health and safety requirements. Supplier relationships may be evaluated using business, quality, compliance and responsible-business considerations.

01

Supplier expectations

Responsible conduct is part of how we frame supplier and partner relationships.

02

Responsible sourcing

Where relevant, we support responsible sourcing information and due diligence expectations across our supply network.

03

Customer alignment

Our framework can be mapped to customer supplier codes, questionnaires and ESG due-diligence requirements.

Make every ESG statement traceable.

Our governance and evidence layers connect ESG topics to responsible functions, source records, review cadence and escalation paths. This structure is designed for repeatable customer and supplier due diligence.

From disclosure to evidence.

We will continue to mature our ESG framework through defined policies, measurable objectives, documented practices and periodic review. Customer-specific requirements can be mapped to the same underlying control areas.
