AionSi — Driven by Commitment

Whistleblower & Grievance Mechanism

A framework for raising workplace, ethics, compliance and responsible-business concerns.

FY2026 framework; subject to leadership approval and periodic review.

Purpose

AionSi encourages employees and relevant business partners to raise concerns about suspected misconduct, unlawful conduct, harassment, discrimination, safety issues, conflicts of interest, corruption, confidentiality breaches or other material policy violations.

How to raise a concern

Concerns may be raised through appropriate HR, leadership, compliance or other designated company channels. AionSi will maintain appropriate contact information for the channels applicable to its operations.

Good-faith reporting

A person raising a concern should provide information honestly and in good faith. Reports should contain enough factual information to allow reasonable assessment where possible.

Non-retaliation

Retaliation against an individual for raising a good-faith concern or participating appropriately in an investigation is not consistent with AionSi’s responsible-business expectations.

Review and investigation

Concerns will be assessed by appropriate personnel. Where investigation is warranted, AionSi will seek to handle information responsibly and take corrective action where findings support it.

Confidentiality

Information about a concern should be shared only with people who have a legitimate need to know, subject to applicable law and the requirements of a fair review.

This document describes AionSi’s current responsible-business framework. It is not a representation of third-party certification or assurance unless separately stated. Requirements may be supplemented by applicable law, customer contracts and approved internal policies.
