Respect for people

AionSi respects the dignity and fundamental rights of people working within its operations and expects relevant business partners to do the same.

No forced labor

AionSi does not tolerate forced, bonded, trafficked or involuntary labor. Employment should be entered into voluntarily and employees should not be subject to coercion or unlawful restriction of movement.

No child labor

AionSi does not tolerate child labor and expects suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable minimum-age requirements and labor laws.

Equal opportunity and non-discrimination

AionSi supports equal opportunity and does not tolerate unlawful discrimination based on protected characteristics under applicable law. Employment decisions should be based on legitimate qualifications, performance and business requirements.

Respectful workplace

Harassment, intimidation, bullying and abusive conduct are not consistent with AionSi’s workplace expectations. Concerns should be raised through appropriate channels.

Health, safety and well-being

AionSi seeks to maintain a safe and respectful workplace and to comply with applicable occupational health and safety requirements. Employees should report hazards and incidents through established channels.

AionSi supports professional development and encourages clear communication about workplace expectations, policies and responsibilities.
