Integrity
AionSi conducts business with integrity and expects employees and business partners to act honestly, fairly and professionally. Business decisions should be based on legitimate commercial and engineering considerations and must comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
AionSi does not permit bribery, kickbacks or improper payments intended to obtain or retain business or an unfair advantage. Employees and representatives must not offer, promise, request or accept anything of value when doing so would improperly influence a business decision.
Conflicts of interest
Employees should disclose actual or potential conflicts between personal interests and AionSi responsibilities. Conflicts should be assessed and managed through appropriate leadership or HR channels.
Gifts and hospitality
Gifts, meals and hospitality must be reasonable, lawful and connected to legitimate business purposes. They must never be used to improperly influence a decision or create an obligation.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
AionSi personnel must protect confidential information, customer information, trade secrets and intellectual property entrusted to them. Information must be used only for authorized business purposes and shared on an appropriate need-to-know basis.
Speak-up and non-retaliation
Employees and relevant business partners are encouraged to raise suspected misconduct through appropriate channels. Concerns should be handled respectfully and, where appropriate, confidentially. Retaliation against a person who raises a good-faith concern is not consistent with this framework.
Compliance
Violations may result in corrective or disciplinary action consistent with applicable law and company procedures. Business partners may be subject to contractual remedies where appropriate.
This document describes AionSi’s current responsible-business framework. It is not a representation of third-party certification or assurance unless separately stated. Requirements may be supplemented by applicable law, customer contracts and approved internal policies.
