AionSi — Driven by Commitment

Sustainability & ESG Statement

AionSi’s framework for responsible environmental, social and governance practices across its semiconductor engineering operations.

FY2026 framework; subject to periodic review and leadership approval.

Purpose

AionSi is committed to conducting its semiconductor engineering business responsibly, ethically and in accordance with applicable law. This statement establishes a practical framework for environmental responsibility, people and workplace practices, human rights and labor, business ethics, responsible supply chain practices, and information security and privacy.

Scope

The framework applies to AionSi operations and is intended to guide employees, relevant contractors, suppliers and business partners. Customer-specific requirements may be mapped to the same underlying control areas where applicable.

Environmental responsibility

AionSi operates primarily as a semiconductor engineering services organization. Our direct environmental considerations are therefore associated principally with office operations, energy use, digital infrastructure, business travel and electronic equipment rather than semiconductor fabrication. We seek to reduce avoidable consumption, handle IT assets responsibly and improve the consistency of relevant environmental information over time.

People and human rights

AionSi supports a workplace based on dignity, respect, equal opportunity and professional development. We do not tolerate forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, discrimination or harassment.

Ethics and governance

AionSi expects employees and business partners to act lawfully, honestly and transparently. Responsible business includes anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflict-of-interest awareness, confidentiality, intellectual-property protection and appropriate escalation of concerns.

Supply chain

Relevant suppliers, subcontractors and business partners are expected to comply with applicable legal, ethical, labor, environmental, health and safety and sourcing requirements. Supplier reviews may consider business, quality, compliance and responsible-business factors.

Continuous improvement

AionSi intends to mature this framework through documented policies, measurable objectives, evidence collection, periodic review and customer or supplier due-diligence engagement. Quantitative ESG claims will be made only where supporting records are available.

This document describes AionSi’s current responsible-business framework. It is not a representation of third-party certification or assurance unless separately stated. Requirements may be supplemented by applicable law, customer contracts and approved internal policies.
