AionSi — Driven by Commitment

FY2026 ESG Disclosure

A structured disclosure baseline for AionSi’s FY2026 environmental, social and governance reporting.

FY2026; quantitative metrics remain subject to evidence collection and validation.

Reporting approach

This disclosure provides a structured baseline for AionSi’s ESG reporting. It is intended to support customer, supplier and stakeholder due diligence while AionSi continues to mature its measurement and evidence systems.

Environmental

AionSi’s relevant environmental topics include office energy use, resource efficiency, business travel, digital infrastructure and electronic equipment. FY2026 quantitative environmental metrics will be added when source records and calculation methods have been validated.

Social

Relevant social topics include equal opportunity, respectful workplace practices, human rights, employee development, health and safety and grievance mechanisms. AionSi will improve the consistency of related records and reporting over time.

Governance

Relevant governance topics include business ethics, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, intellectual property, information security, privacy and responsible supplier relationships.

Supplier responsibility

AionSi’s supplier framework addresses responsible conduct, legal compliance, labor and human rights, environmental responsibility, health and safety, responsible sourcing and information protection.

Metrics status

Where a metric has not yet been validated, AionSi will identify it as under development rather than publish an unsupported number. This approach is intended to preserve disclosure integrity while measurement systems mature.

Review

The disclosure framework will be reviewed periodically and updated as policies, evidence and reporting maturity develop.

This document describes AionSi’s current responsible-business framework. It is not a representation of third-party certification or assurance unless separately stated. Requirements may be supplemented by applicable law, customer contracts and approved internal policies.
