AionSi — Driven by Commitment

Environmental Responsibility Policy

A practical environmental framework appropriate to an engineering-services operating model.

FY2026 framework; subject to leadership approval and periodic review.

Operating context

AionSi’s direct environmental footprint is primarily associated with office operations, electricity and other energy use, digital infrastructure, business travel and electronic equipment. AionSi does not operate semiconductor fabrication facilities.

Resource efficiency

AionSi seeks to use energy, paper, water and other resources responsibly and to reduce avoidable consumption through digital-first workflows and efficient workplace practices.

IT assets and e-waste

Electronic equipment should be managed through responsible asset lifecycle practices. Where equipment reaches end of useful life, recycling or disposal should use appropriate authorized channels where applicable.

Travel and digital operations

AionSi seeks to use remote collaboration and digital workflows where practical and to consider efficient travel practices for business activities.

Measurement and improvement

As reporting maturity develops, AionSi intends to improve the consistency and traceability of relevant environmental metrics. Quantified emissions or resource-use claims will be reported only when supported by appropriate records and calculation methodology.

Compliance

AionSi seeks to comply with applicable environmental laws and requirements relevant to its operations and locations.

This document describes AionSi’s current responsible-business framework. It is not a representation of third-party certification or assurance unless separately stated. Requirements may be supplemented by applicable law, customer contracts and approved internal policies.
