Purpose and scope
This Code establishes responsible-business expectations for suppliers, subcontractors and other relevant business partners supporting AionSi. Requirements may be incorporated into contracts, purchase processes or supplier assessments where applicable.
Labor and human rights
Suppliers should prohibit forced labor, child labor and human trafficking; respect applicable working-hour, wage and employment requirements; and maintain a workplace free from unlawful discrimination and harassment.
Health and safety
Suppliers should identify and manage workplace hazards and comply with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
Environmental responsibility
Suppliers should comply with applicable environmental requirements and seek to manage relevant energy, resource, waste and environmental impacts responsibly.
Business ethics
Suppliers should conduct business lawfully and ethically, including prohibitions on bribery, corruption, fraud and improper conflicts of interest.
Information and intellectual property
Suppliers must protect AionSi and customer confidential information, intellectual property and personal data and use such information only for authorized purposes.
Responsible sourcing
Where relevant to the supplied goods or services, suppliers should support responsible sourcing and applicable supply-chain due diligence requirements, including customer or regulatory information requests.
Assessment and flow-down
AionSi may request reasonable information or evidence to assess supplier compliance. Suppliers are encouraged to communicate equivalent expectations to relevant sub-suppliers where appropriate.
Reporting concerns
Suppliers should provide a mechanism for reporting suspected misconduct or material violations and should not retaliate against good-faith reporters.
